This notice is addressed to clients, suppliers and any moral or physical person who provides their personal data, which will be used for the following Primary Purposes that are necessary for the service you request or provide to EZ SOUTHERN TRUCKING AND LOGISTICS S.A. DE C.V. : To identify you, analyze and verify the veracity of your information, provide you or provide the services and/or products required, offered and contracted to or with us, carry out the corresponding fiscal billing and inform about changes in them, as Secondary Purposes to evaluate the quality of the services we provide, as well as fulfill those obligations that derive from the existing legal relationship between you as the owner of the personal data and EZ SOUTHERN TRUCKING AND LOGISTICS S.A. DE C.V.; For the aforementioned purposes, you will be required to provide us with the following personal data: Identification (full name, company name or denomination), contact (email, landline, mobile phone), address, proof of tax status, articles of incorporation, if necessary, power of attorney, bank details such as account numbers, CLABE, financial institution, as well as any other related to your tax situation and any other that is necessary for the fulfillment of the legal and/or commercial relationship between EZ SOUTHERN TRUCKING AND LOGISTICS S.A. DE C.V., and you, as well as the applicable regulations; without any of this information being considered as Sensitive Data in terms of section VI, of article 2 of the current LFPDPPPR.
In addition to the foregoing, you are informed that your personal data, which currently or in the future is in our databases, will be processed and/or used by EZ SOUTHERN TRUCKING AND LOGISTICS S.A. DE C.V., in accordance with articles 35 and 36 of the current LFPDPPPR, the latter being with your consent and that due to the nature of their work or functions they have the need to process and/or use your personal data; always with the purpose of fulfilling those obligations that derive from the existing legal relationship between you as the owner of the personal data and us.
REVOCATION OF CONSENT AND LIMITATION OF THE USE OR DISCLOSURE OF DATA
